The Big Fat Indian Wedding

Weddings!!! The first thing that comes to everybody's mind when they think of this word is "Amazing food, Clinking bangles, Beautifully decorated hotels and halls, Beautiful Bride,Joy and Pomp, Romance, Culture Blah!!!" But what is the first thing that comes to the mind of the bride's father when he realises that his daughter is getting married? What does the bride's family go through when they think about the wedding?

Will she be able to adjust to the new surroundings? Whether her in laws will take care of her the way they did? Is she going to feel alone? Will she have someone to talk to? Is the guy going to keep her happy? the list goes on...To add to that the family has to fulfill the expectations of the grooms parents..Some people ask for a lavish wedding while some ask for dowry... Not only is the bride's family fighting emotionally, the marriage would cost her dad his entire life savings, it would burn a big hole in his pocket.. How can people be so heartless?  To all the men who have plans of getting married someday or the other please remember that you're not doing a favour by getting married to her... I don't understand this dowry "parampara". I mean she is equally qualified..  Infact she's better than you..  Can you cook,  take care of the family and work at the same time??? Remember that she leaves her family and comes into a new house just for you.. If you really want India to progress start saying no to dowry.. Split the expenses.. Best don't have a lavish wedding..Get a registered marriage done and spend on your honeymoon instead...So say no to dowry and don't give dowry either...
Cause its your would be wife today,it might be your daughter/sister  getting married tomorrow...

    Even I hv decided to hv a low affair wwedding...I experienced recently tht watever u spend on marriage ppl still complain n talk shit about u ..den why spend on such shit ppl

    Marriage is something which you r going to do once in your lifetime
    I feel that the only moment when you see your parents dance, get dress up , more excited as der son/daughter is going to enter into a new phase...
    I feel if you have you should spent
    Because its an creating memory. When u grow old and look you album, definitely you will get the best smile on your face... I had seen that smile on my parents face when I see there weeding pics with them....
    Anyways every one has different opinions so......

Gmcs... One of the best phases of my life

Well a lot of my friends are already mad at me for rambling about Gmcs for days and nights together...  So I wanted to do a blog on that because it was one of the best phases of my life..  I actually feel that this course should be extended for a month rather than having it just for 15 days.  Well for the starters Gmcs stands for General Management and Communication Skills . Its a mandatory participation course for all the CA students, its like a mini MBA. Since we CA students are not able to enjoy their respective cdollege lives, this as an opportunity to relive your college life and yes Statutory Warning: If you really want to enjoy Gmcs you have to be an extrovert and outgoing .
